Kami submit home loan application to Bank Rakyat, CiMB adn RHB kot. Itu menurut kata agen. Kalo agen boleh caya alhamdullillah. Buatnya agen mulut je yg bekerja lebih takot diperamnya application kita meaning lewat sikit or ambil masa dia nak submit. Dah kita ni dok melangut aje la smp sebulan apa hal xde sekor bank pun yg telepon kita balik. Kan..?
CiMB loan kami branch TTDI. Ehh.. bukan TTDI tu kawasan kaya2..? Alhamdullillah.. nak jugak depa process. Dekat sket dgn opis kang nak sign offer letter kan.
Mcm last entry rasa macam dah dekat seminggu ke CiMB tu called gitau loan approved. Tapi xde dgr cite plak dah seminggu ni. So, aku ni dah lah loan nama husband, aku plak yg gi whatsapp kat officer CiMB tu.
Me : hi blabla.. balbblaaa...until now we didnt hear anything. How ye?
Officer : going to sign tmr i think
Me : Who going to sign?
Ye lah kan. Esok sign katanya..siapa nak sign dah laki aku xtau pape.
Officer : Encik Hazlin
Me : But he know nothing oo... Nobody call him..?
Pastu dan dan hubby called. CiMB just called him and asked to sign the offer letter.
Ermm... kalo haku x whatsapp ntah bila la agaknya dio nak panggil sign kan..?
Itu satu hal. Another hal is lawyer.
Ingat lagi zaman dulu dulu masa keje Guardian. Ada sorg regular customer ni lawyer. So masa dia tgh bayar tu selamba2 aku tanya, lawyer fee utk buat home loan. Dia pun explain la sekian sekian yang mana aku dah lupa. Tapi antara yg aku ingat, fee differ ikut harga rumah. Tu je. Yg paling aku ingat katanya,
" u have to ask for discount. Jangan malu. Asked!" Aku boleh rasakan nada tegasan dia kat situ. Mintak jangan malu!
Ok fine.
Utk rumah RM80K, bank lawyer fee RM3447.00 yg kitrog kena. Huhu.. Mahai ka x? Ntah. Tapi menurut boss aku around that figures la.
Pastu agen rumah tu mmg siap2 keje dgn lawyer. So mmg kena berlawyerkan dorg dah la. Boleh ke nak cari lain? Entah..x pernah tanya and xpe la biar dorg aje la yg uruskan. Al-kisahnya, rumah yg kami nak beli ni mmg dr awal client dorg yg punya. Masa owner nak beli, depa lah lawyer nya. So la ni dia nak jual dia hire same lawyer. Ermm.. berbelit ka explanation?
Pastu agen pun whatsapp " sis, lawye fee RM3000.00"
Aku pun reply la " xde diskaun ke :) .." huhu..
Agen : Ni after diskaun sis. Before diskaun RM3380.00
Ok fine.
Utk pengetahuan, selalu lawyer fees nak kena bayar time sign SNP kan? Tapi alhamdullillah..kami dapat lawyer yg boleh kawtim tunggu sampai kuar KWSP. Tapi bila dikira2 semula, utk loan rumah value RM80K tu, dah boleh covered lawyer fee sekali.
So, semalam selamat la hubby aku gi sorg ke CiMB utk sign offer letter.
And this morning aku plak yg received called dr bank Rakyat nak tanya betoi ka CiMB dah approved sebab depa baru approved. Aku cakap la dah siap sign offer letter pun (berjanggut tunggu korang ni bukan rumah harga ratus ratus ribu pong..) dlm hati aje berkata-kata.
Officer Bank Rakyat tu sendiri admit, CiMB offer better. Sebab monthly payment CiMB RM370 tapi Bank Rakyat RM450. Huk hukk.. terbatuk gak achik mendongarnya..awat jauh nor beza? maybe jugak loan term period kot. Sebab sepengetahuan aku CiMB 35 thn. Lama kan? canne ye boleh approved?Mungkin jugak salah satu sebabnya adalah salary bank my hubby is CiMB gitu.
Next cite nak apply KWSP pulak.
